CMAT Form
Click to CMAT form panel in the left of dashboard, CMAT form is filled by the respective colleges and dean’s office monitor the list.After clicking we will see page like below:
To fill CMAT form to register a student Click on CMAT application button on the top right .It will take to page as below.
#How to add to CMAT form?
The following is to be inserted in serial manner
- Insert Student’s Full name in English script.
- Write Student’s Full name in nepali unicode in any word processor and paste it into fill form.
- Select Student’s Gender.
- Insert Student’s Address as Municipality/Village and Ward no.
- Insert Student’s District.
- Insert Student’s State.
- Insert Student’s Phone No.
- Insert Student’s SLC graduation year.
- Insert Student’s SLC Board.
- Insert Student’s SLC Grade or Percentage.
- Insert Student’s PCL graduation year.
- Insert Student’s PCL Board.
- Insert Student’s PCL Grade or Percentage.
- Select Student’s CMAT Registration year.
- Upload the bank voucher of student CMAT form fee.
- Upload Student’s Photo.
- Insert CMAT form fee.
- Click the save button at the bottom.
- If entry is successful, the entered student’s data are listed to CMAT table.
Note: Upload the valid scanned voucher.
